
Dr. Paul Lieblich brings ample experience gained over 32 years in the educational field worldwide including The Bahamas.
He has directed & opened international schools, developed curriculum, marketed, and developed fund raising programs.
Dr. Lieblich has extensively helped to develop the International Baccalaurate Organisation. He co-founded and co-authoredthe Primary Years Program of the IB, guided the IB in integrating their early years through programmes into a unified platform and has developed and led professional development programs worldwide for the IB.
His career has taken him to develop and execute very successful projects in Asia, Middle East, Europe and the Americas with individual properties and with multiple schools with some of the top educational organizations.
Over the last 15 years, he has opened over 9 schools for very recognized groups in China where he was responsible for the successful leadership of 20,000 students (16,000 of them were boarding) and 3,000 teaching and operations staff.
He won National Distinguished Principal in the USA and overseas Department of the State in 1995.
Dr. Lieblich is a Doctor in Education, Administration and Undergraduate major in Economics.

Converted Lyford Cay International School from a local private school to an international school. Led introduction of new curriculum system. Driver for the building of a new school site for the International School.
Eton House Educational Group, China
Guided the start up for the EtonHouse Nanjing International School (site selection, building design, curriculum implementation, hiring staff, ongoing supervision).
That school was the pillar for the growth of that group into a brand and expansion to other schools in the country including International Baccalaureate Schools with boarding units.
Provided overall supervision and hiring of of principals and staff and program development of EtonHouse schools in China (Nanjing, Zhuhai, Suzhou, Jinan, Chengdu, Yiwu, etc.)

Provided overall supervision of educational programming for three schools for Scholars International Group (2 K – 12 British Curriculum schools & one early childhood – Grade 6).
